1. Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items such as custom-built trailers or special orders may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged product).

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Bitcoin).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or special-order trailers.

• Used or heavily modified products after delivery.

• Clearance or final sale items.
